Look, i'm not sure how to write this synopsis other than to say that there has been more nonsense emerging out of 'gender criticial' twitter. this time, it focussing on a cute cartoon alien that apparently doesn't have enough of a backstory, and is therefore a danger to children and bathrooms and, uh, democracy?  I don't know, but Devon joins us on the pod again to try explain exactly what's going on, and how this all goes back to Bevvie and the QAngle universe. 

We're joined this week by Emmi Conley, an extremism researcher and writer, to talk about the phenomenon of far-right manifestos, and how we often make grave mistakes in interpreting them. We talk about manifestos as posts within posts, the aesthetics and symbology that give them currency and power online, and why we should really bear in mind, at all times, that the far-right are constantly reading your posts.
