This week's bonus episode features our friend Riley (@Raaleh) from Trashfuture, The Bottlemen and Boney Island Whitefish. He talks to us about Fillippo Marinetti, a fascist, futurist poet who believed that pasta was making Italian men lazy, and that they needed to switch their diet to meat sculptures in order to fully appreciate the glory of war. While Marinetti may have been laughed at, his ideas live on in the form of Youtube channels like Epic Meal Time, Chef's Club and BuzzFeed Tasty videos : food content that clogs up your Facebook feed, that is designed not to be eaten, but to be observed and gawked at.
